Our therapist uses special techniques that are not used in a Swedish or relaxation massage session.
Therapeutic/deep tissue is used to release tightness in soft tissue and the deeper tissue structures of muscle an dfasica. it is also used to help break up adhesions (scar tissue).
pre-natal
Helps minimize stress, promote relaxation, and relieve some of the aches and pains that occur being pregnant. We usa a pregnancy pillow that will allow the mother to lay comfortable, on her belly.
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body that help remove waste and toxins from body tissue. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid build up. Lymphatic drainage massage can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and other conditions.
Therapeutic Stretching & Gua-sha
Stretching taught and done to help you when you just can’t get it to go far ennough. Guasha is. atraditional Chinese healing method which uses a smooth edged tool to stroke on the skin. The motion increases blood flow and raises small red rash-like dots called, petechial. Best for chronic pain.
