Amber Koehler, OWNER
Amber Koehler is the proud new owner of Twilight Salon & Spa. Amber graduated from Black Hills Beauty College in Rapid City in 2012, and has been actively working as a hairdresser ever since. She specializes in wedding styling and hair coloring. She loves the friendships she has gained throughout her career. Her husband, Matt, and her have been married since 2011. They have two awesome sons, Brevin and Teyvin. Away from the salon she enjoys anything outdoors, including hiking, four-wheeling, a day at the lake, volleyball and softball, and runs several half marathons every summer.
Tonya Cain
Tonya Cain grew up in Deadwood, SD, and has been doing hair since 2001. She graduated cosmetology school at Headlines Academy. She specializes in haircuts and colors. Her hobbies include being surrounded by friends and family. Occasionally getting out her drawing book and golfing.
Emmy Moore
Hi! My name’s Emmy Moore & I’m a licensed barber. I graduated from South Dakota Barber College in 2023. I enjoy mens short cuts & shadow fades the most. I love to be social & that this career allows me to meet new people every day. I was raised here in Spearfish, SD & enjoy all it has to offer. In my free time I like to be outside & spend time with friends & family. I look forward to bringing another mens haircut option to the Black Hills.
Kiana Frasier
Hi everyone! My name is Kiana Frasier, and I am a licensed esthetician specializing in eyelash extensions, customized skin treatments, and full-body waxing services. I am passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin. One of the most rewarding parts of my career is being able to enhance my clients’ natural beauty while creating a positive and relaxing experience for them.
A little about me, I’m a proud cat mom and love spending time outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, swimming, or simply enjoying nature, I’m happiest when I’m outside exploring all that the beautiful Black Hills has to offer. I was born and raised in the Black Hills, graduated from Belle Fourche High School, and completed my esthetics education at Paul Mitchell The School in Rapid City.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your beauty and skincare goals. I would love the opportunity to welcome you to my chair!
Megan Millang
Megan Millang was born and raised in Humboldt, Iowa; transplant to the Black Hills since 2018. Located in Sturgis, she never found her fit til coming to Twilight! She’s been a cosmetologist since 2012, and really enjoys the different areas that she can get her hands on. She enjoys colors and drastic cuts, She’s also in the process of getting lash extensions certified. Megan lives in Sturgis with my 13 year old daughter. She spends most of her days kayaking, hiking and trying to be outdoors in the summer and binge watching tv series and cooking in the winter.
KIM MASKeLL
Kim Maskell is a native of Spearfish and attended Stewart’s in Sioux Falls SD. A former salon owner and color specialist with Matrix, Kim has extensive experience in all aspects of the personal care industry. Kim is passionate about tailoring your hair needs to your life and style. Kim currently resides in Raleigh NC and travels back to Spearfish monthly to serve her clients. In her free time she does a lot of one-on-one counseling (which she loves!) biking and hiking with her other half.
Lauren Grove
Hello, I’m Lauren! I have been a hairstylist since 2018 and have been a stylist at Twilight Salon since 2021! I enjoy coloring, cutting and styling hair – as well as extensions and keratin treatments!
Outside of the salon I enjoy doing yoga, taking care of my plants, hanging out with my 2 kitties at home and traveling to Mexico with my boyfriend 🙂
Katilynn Antonie (Kati)
I graduated from Paul Mitchell the School of Rapid City in January of 2023! After college I moved back to Mitchell to do hair but I’m ready to be back in the hills! My favorite things to do behind the chair are fun pop colors, hand-tied or tape in extensions, and styling! That being said I love all aspects of my job and I love getting to do new things everyday!
In my personal life I enjoy hanging out with my boyfriend building legos or spending time with our 2 cats (Ambroshus, and Crab man), and our snake (Karl)!

Emily grew up in Pierre, SD and has been a massage therapist since 2012. She graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy in Westminster Colorado. She specializes in pregnancy massage, hot stones, hot bamboo, Swedish, and deep tissue massage. Her hobbies include hanging out with family, friends, and her two dogs.
MatAYA CROOKS
Hello everyone! I’m Mataya Crooks, and I’m so excited to officially be part of the team at Twilight Spa in Spearfish. Massage has been such a rewarding path for me. I fell in love with it because of how powerful human touch can be, not just for physical pain, but for emotional and mental well-being as well. Helping people feel more connected to other bodies is something I truly care about, and I’m so grateful to be doing this work. A little about me: I have a dog named Toby, and he’s basically my soul dog.

Julie Lewis
Julie Lewis graduated from East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota, FL in 2018, after completing 5 years of academic studies and 3000 class room hours along with 2000 clinical hours. Graduating with a B.S. in health sciences and M.S. in oriental medicine with and emphasis in traditional Chinese medicine.
Julie also is a licensed massage therapist who has been practicing for over 40 years. Her specialty is therapeutic massage to help with traumatic injury or chronic problems.
